Starting with storyboards and scripts already created, or developing an overall e-marketing strategy and design, we work closely with your team to ensure the email messages we create a campaign that works.

Creative Design
Our creative team collaborates with your marketing group or agency to establish an art direction that will deliver the intended results for your campaign. Our creative team has years of off-line and online marketing experience having developed campaigns and sites for both small-medium businesses to large, complex B2B and B2C ecommerce sites.

Production:
After a scoping phase, your rich media message will be crafted by our team of professional designers, programmers and developers. We develop compelling messaging consistent with branding, schedule reviews and thoroughly test across multiple platforms and mail clients before delivery.

Email Hosting:
All Inbox-media messages, whether developed and fulfilled by Inbox-media or by our clients, must reside on our dedicated email servers. Our servers are available 24/7 and messages will remain available for the duration of the contracted campaign. This enables our tracking and reporting capabilities.

Tracking:
Each campaign will produce a basic tracking report showing the number of successfully delivered messages, opened messages, "remove" requests, number of forwarded messages, and click through rates. This information will remain 100% private and secure unless the client requires other arrangements. You ‘ll also have the ability to download all or a filtered list from your email database to use for other purposes such as traditional direct mail.
